  • I’m not a bad person just because I have few flaws
  • I have to accept myself even if I lose or win
  • I don’t have to prove myself to be myself
  • I can neither myself to be a good nor bad person
  • Failure does not make me a worse person
  • Success is not the only thing that makes me a better person
  • I can acknowledge my mistakes and still be kind to me
  • I can work on correcting my mistakes than blaming myself
  • I deserve to be treated with respect

Saying these things to yourself or having these thoughts daily might help you to increase Self-acceptance. Repeat, acknowledge and absorb!
