- I’m not a bad person just because I have few flaws
- I have to accept myself even if I lose or win
- I don’t have to prove myself to be myself
- I can neither myself to be a good nor bad person
- Failure does not make me a worse person
- Success is not the only thing that makes me a better person
- I can acknowledge my mistakes and still be kind to me
- I can work on correcting my mistakes than blaming myself
- I deserve to be treated with respect
Saying these things to yourself or having these thoughts daily might help you to increase Self-acceptance. Repeat, acknowledge and absorb!
