Feelings come and go as we face different situations. These are some common traits we all share as humans. We might feel happy, angry, sad, frustrating, all in one day. Some feelings we get aren’t always comfortable, it might be uncomfortable. However, just because those feelings are uncomfortable, doesn’t mean it’s bad. It’s human nature to have both good and bad feelings which come from time to time. It is important to recognize these feelings as they come without judgment, creating space for yourself to feel and explore these things.
