Welcome back to the Epsychonline Coping with Bullying (Teens) Course. Last we we covered the following topics: 

  • The teenage years as a period of change
  • Self-acceptance 
  • The relationship between thoughts, feelings, and actions
  • Getting to know your thoughts and feelings
  • Understanding anxiety, depression and anger

To refresh your memory, we talked about the major social and emotional changes that occur during adolescence and how this can make teens particularly vulnerable to bullying. We also walked you through some exercises to help you practice self-acceptance. Importantly, you learned about anxiety and depression, and the importance of seeking help for these issues.
