We encourage you to complete the following tasks between now and next week to help your learning:
- Use the Mindfulness Practice Record to keep track of your mindfulness practice. This worksheet encourages you to practice your choice of at least one mindfulness skill each day. You’ll record when and where you practiced the skill, whether it was beneficial and any other important information (e.g., someone commented that I appeared less anxious than usual, I found it hard to focus today)
- Continue using your Social Anxiety Diary to record information when you feel anxious.
