We encourage you to complete the following tasks between now and next week to help your learning:

  • Use the Regulating my Emotions Diary to record your skills practice for this week. This worksheet encourages you to practice at least one skill each day. You’ll record when and where you practiced the skill, whether it was beneficial, and any other important information to help your progress
  • Continue using your Social Anxiety Diary to record information when you feel anxious.
