  • Complete the Relationships and Assertiveness Worksheet to help you apply some of the assertiveness and relationship tips. This will prompt you to reflect on your current relationships and practice writing an assertiveness script.

What were the situations, thoughts, feelings and behaviours surrounding your symptoms? Can you identify any patterns in how your symptoms occurred? Next, take some time to reflect on what you learned by completing the Relationships and Assertiveness Worksheet
