  • Use the Daily irritable bowel syndrome Symptom Monitoring Record to help you understand your symptoms better.
  • Use the Relationships and Assertiveness Worksheet to help you apply some of the assertiveness and relationship tips. This will prompt you to reflect on your current relationships and practice writing an assertiveness script.
