We encourage you to complete the following tasks between now and next week to help your learning:
- Use the Perfectionism Diary with Alternative Thoughts Worksheet to record the ABCD’s of your perfectionism. This worksheet will prompt you to challenge your unhelpful thought and create a new, more balanced alternative.
- To help you challenge your thoughts, use the skills you have learned this week. You can also use the Examining the Evidence worksheet to help you out.
