We encourage you to complete the following tasks between now and next week to help your learning:
- Use the Action Against Perfectionism Record to record your practice of the skills from this week. This worksheet encourages you to practice at least one behavioural skill each day. You’ll record when and where you practiced the skill, whether it was beneficial and any other important information to help your progress.
- Use the Clarifying your Values Worksheet to help you identify what is most important to you in life.
- Continue using your Perfectionism Diary to record the ABCDs of your perfectionism.
