1.Setup your account

  • To start using Epsychclinic, you’ll need to set up or create an account.
  • At the top of the page you will see a button to either click Sign up or Login. Click on the button
  • When you create a new Epsychonline account with an email, and password, your password needs to be 8 characters or longer. We encourage you to use a mixture of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. 
  • Once you create your account, you can change your details at any point.

2.Change your account settings

To change your Epsychonline account settings:

  • Go to
  • Log into your account.
  • Go to your profile
  • Click on Settings.
  • Make the changes you want, then click Save.

3.Reset your password

  • If you’re remember your password:
    • Login to your account.
    • Go to your profile or dashboard
    • Click on Settings.
    • Change your password, by entering your new password.
  • If you can’t remember your password:
    • Go to
    • Click on Login on the top Right hand corner of your screen. 
    • A popup will appear. Click on Reset Password
    • You will receive an email to your registered email account. 
    • Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
    • If you haven’t received the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

4.Delete your Epsychonline account

  • When your profile is deleted all records are permanently removed. Deleting your account is irreversible. Please bear this in mind as you are making your decision. 
  • To delete your profile:
    • Login to your epsychonline account.
    • Go to your profile.
    • Click on Settings.
    • From there click to delete your account.
    • You will need to enter your password to delete your account.

5.Payments for Courses

  • To learn about payment options, read Accepted Payment Methods
  • Course Prices:
    • Courses on Epsychonline are offered for a one-time payment that lasts for 90 days. 
    • We are pricing our 6 week courses at the same cost as a cup of tea/coffee & a sandwich.. We want to increase mental health access. We want to remove financial barriers to healthcare.
    • Payments in some regions may include a sales tax. Sales tax will be listed at checkout.
  • To see the course costs – visit each of the course homepages. 
Transfer courses:
  • This is not allowed. Payments can’t be gifted or transferred across accounts. Courses can’t be transferred between accounts. Payments must be made using the same account you’ll use to take the course.

6.Accepted payment methods

  • You can make payments using either a Visa or Mastercard credit card. 
  • You can also make payments using PayPal if you are in certain areas.
  • There may also be specific payment options available in regions where the use of PayPal, Mastercard and Visa is not high. 
  • We don’t provide gift cards.

7.Pricing variations

  • You may notice some fluctuations in course pricing. This is normal, to be expected and it happens for the following reasons:
  1. We adjust our prices based on the course value it provides. There are frequent updates done to the material and content.  
  2. Prices of courses may vary due to currency variations and also changes to cost of living in your country. It is normal for course prices to move up and down. 
  3. We may offer discounted rates from time to time.
  • Clear transparent pricing: Prices are clearly displayed for each course. There will be no hidden charges on the part of Epsychclinic. Please, however note that bank and payment companies may include costs with each transaction.
  • Discounted rates. We may, at our discretion, offer discounted rates. Discounted access will be provided for a limited amount of time. There is no guarantee that a discounted rate will be available.

8.Request a refund

  • You can’t get a refund for courses that you had paid for. Our courses are far cheaper than other education and healthcare platforms. Currently we are not able to process course refunds.

10.How do I view my billing history

  • Login to your account by clicking on the Login or Sign In button and entering in your access details. 
  • Go into your account Settings.
  • Click on Payments 
  • From here, you should be able to click on View Receipt. There you will see your Epsychclinic purchase history. 
  • In addition, you can also view your billing history from statements provided by your payment provider.

11.Can I transfer my account?

  • Accounts can’t be transferred or given away to another person. 

12.Supported Browsers

  • To have an optimal experience we recommend using the latest versions of the Chrome browser. If you are using an older version of chrome or another browser you may not be able to experience all the Epsychonline features.

12.Create Content at Epsychonline

  • If you would like to create content with Epsychclinic, reach out to us via email. We are looking to work with skilled psychologists and other mental health professionals. Send us your resume in your email.

14.How to contact Epsychonline

  • Before reaching out to us, try searching for your issue using our Help Centre. If you still need help you can contact us using either of these two options:
  1. Email. 
  2. Webchat. If there are available agents and you are logged into your account you can contact them using the web chat icon. It is available on the bottom right hand corner.
